?Support payment follow-ups and maintain credit payment cycles.
?Ensure accurate documentation of payment terms across POs, PIs, and invoices.
?Prepare PIs and invoices with zero errors.
2. Knowledge & Documentation Management
?Organize and maintain the BD team's Google Drive for easy access and version control.
?Keep trackers, agreements, and records structured and up to date.
3. Cross-Team Collaboration
?Assist AMs, TMs, PMs, and Finance with operational coordination.
?Support preparation of operational reports and dashboards.
4. Salesforce CRM Management
?Update and maintain Salesforce records, ensuring accuracy and hygiene.
?Generate reports and assist with CRM insights for decision-making.
5. Partner Engagement
?Maintain internal sheet for partner milestones.
?Support operational tasks for partner communications, training, and events.
Requirements
?Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA, MA or equivalent)
?Minimum Experience: 0-2 Years
?Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
?Basic knowledge of Salesforce or willingness to learn. ? Good communication and coordination abilities.
