Role Overview:
We're hiring a Sales Operations Manager to build and run the engine that powers our sales team. You'll work closely with Sales leadership to bring structure, visibility, and efficiency to the sales process- owning everything from pipeline hygiene and reporting to process design and cross-team coordination. This is a high-impact role critical to how we scale revenue in a fast-growing environment.
What the role entails:
Own sales operations end-to-end-
pipeline tracking, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and reporting
Partner closely with Sales leadership
to design and improve sales processes, workflows, and playbooks
Manage sales MIS, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership reviews and planning
Ensure accurate pipeline management,
stage definitions, and deal hygiene across the team
Drive coordination between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success for smooth handovers and billing readiness
Identify process gaps
and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and predictability
Support annual and quarterly planning-
targets, capacity planning, and incentive tracking
Act as the backbone of the sales team,
ensuring data integrity, discipline, and execution rigor
Desired candidate profile:
2-4 years of experience
in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales enablement in a fast-growing environment
Strong ownership mindset-
comfortable building processes from scratch and improving them continuously
Excellent analytical skills
with hands-on experience in CRM, reporting, and dashboards
Strong communication skills
with fluency in spoken and written English & Hindi
Detail-oriented
with the ability to zoom out and think strategically
Self-starter
who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and adapts quickly to change
