Role Purpose
We're seeking a Sales Operations & CRM Executive who thrives on structure and precision. This role ensures sales processes run smoothly--managing CRM data, tracking buyer progress, and coordinating across teams to keep sale on track.
You'll be the behind-the-scenes force ensuring every lead, document, and payment milestone is accounted for, while supporting CRM enhancements and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily updates to CRM and sales trackers
- Generate weekly reports on sales performance and pipeline
- Support offer letters, agreements, and closing documentation
- Track buyer follow-ups, token payments, and documentation status
- Coordinate with Legal and Finance for agreements and payments
- Monitor campaign performance, lead aging, and agent efficiency
- Assist in CRM rollout, testing, and team training
Ideal Candidate
- 2-4 years in CRM, sales ops, or real estate documentation
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRMs (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot)
- Detail-oriented, process-focused, and discreet with data
- Strong in coordination and team collaboration

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
