Sales Operations Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate daily sales operations and provide support to the field sales team. Maintain and update sales data, trackers, reports, and dashboards. Process orders, invoices, and quotations in coordination with the sales and accounts team. Communicate with clients for order confirmation, queries, and follow-ups. Monitor and track sales targets, team performance, and generate MIS reports. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics for timely delivery of goods. Assist in organizing sales meetings, promotional activities, and product launches. Manage CRM tools and ensure customer database is up to date. Resolve operational and customer issues promptly.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree. Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or operations
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
