This role supports the sales organization by conducting meetings with diverse customer groups to drive secondary sales and by delivering high-quality reporting, system administration, and data analysis. The position executes, supports, and continuously improves selected sales support activities under limited supervision, ensuring timely insights, operational efficiency, and customer-centric outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Secondary Sales
Conduct meetings with a wide range of customer groups including retailers, neutral workshops, OEM dealers, STU customers, channel partners, boring workshops, and mechanics.
Drive secondary sales by understanding customer needs, sharing product information, and coordinating with sales teams.
Reporting
Consolidate and distribute recurring sales reports.
Prepare ad-hoc sales reports under limited supervision.
Update and revise reporting templates as required.
Consolidate data inputs from stakeholders and support forecasting activities.
System Administration
Execute complex tasks across systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal).
Document and maintain procedures for system-based tasks.
Periodically evaluate system data for accuracy, completeness, and identify improvement areas.
Internal & External Data Analysis
Analyze external data sources (e.g., Polk, Dodge, RigDig) to identify sales opportunities and share actionable insights with sales teams.
Review research findings on assigned opportunities and circulate insights with relevant internal teams.
Compile, qualify, and communicate competitive intelligence.
Conduct internal sales analysis including variance analysis, projections, costing, and product bundling for both recurring and ad-hoc needs.

Qualifications
High school diploma or completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience as permitted by applicable regulations.
Licensing may be required for compliance with export controls or sanction regulations (as applicable).
