Key Responsibilities:




Handle Channel Partner Sales & drive DSRs/MSRs Ensure Secondary Sales are aligned with Primary AOP Addition of New Retailers & Fleets in the designated territory Increase SKU Penetration and Increase Filters & Allied Products market share Enroll Mechanics & Reborers in MITWA Lead BTL activities & New product launches Travel 20 days/month across Coastal Andhra Pradesh Districts

Integrates Customer Perspective - Incorporates an understanding of the customers' perspective on our products and sales efforts to develop sales content that improves our ability to meet their needs and increase revenue.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:




High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.


This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.


Experience:




Any Degree, 3+ years of relevant experience.


Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.


QUALIFICATIONS




Skills Required:-




Basic Knowledge in MS-Office & Technical Knowledge in Auto components Good Communication skills.
