Job Summary




This role supports both channel sales operations and internal data reporting functions. The ideal candidate will manage channel partner relationships, drive secondary sales, and support field-level marketing and product launches. Additionally, the role involves consolidating sales data, administering systems, and conducting internal and external analyses to support business decisions. The position requires travel across designated districts in Coastal Andhra Pradesh.


Key Responsibilities

Channel Sales & Field Operations




Drive Channel Partner Sales and manage DSRs/MSRs. Ensure secondary sales are aligned with primary AOP targets. Expand retailer and fleet network in the assigned territory. Increase SKU penetration and market share for filters and allied products. Enroll mechanics and reborers into the MITWA program. Lead BTL (Below-the-Line) activities and support new product launches. Travel extensively (up to 20 days/month) across Coastal Andhra Pradesh districts.

Reporting & System Administration




Consolidate and distribute sales reports using predefined templates. Gather and validate data for forecasting and performance tracking. Run repetitive and ad-hoc tasks on systems such as Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, and internal portals. Review user-entered data for completeness and accuracy.

Data Analysis & Market Intelligence




Conduct internal sales analyses including variances, projections, and bundling. Perform secondary research on market opportunities and compile competitive data. Analyze external sources (e.g., Polk, Dodge, RigDig) for insights. Support decision-making through data visualization and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES




Qualifications




High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education. Equivalent experience may be considered if it meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS




Skills and Experience




Required:




Intermediate-level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience. Experience in channel sales, retail expansion, and field marketing. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage calendars and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with travel planning and logistics support.

Preferred:




Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems. Exposure to data analytics and visualization tools. Understanding of sales forecasting and market segmentation.
