We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a

Sales & Operations Coordinator

based in Kochi. The role involves planning, monitoring, and executing both online and offline sales, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and managing client relationships to support our fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate online & offline sales activities. Lead sales initiatives for new product launches. Follow up with production and accounts departments to ensure timely support for sales activities. Represent the company in client meetings and customer interactions. Maintain smooth communication between internal teams and external customers. Track sales performance and submit reports using tools like Excel and other platforms. Ensure a professional, structured, and customer-first approach in all tasks.

Self-sufficient leader and proactive doer. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong ability to coordinate and lead small teams. Exceptionally polite and customer-friendly demeanor. Requirements:

Valid passport. Willingness to travel as required. Excel knowledge. Fluent in English.
