We are seeking a Sales Operations and Salesforce/Certinia Admin to manage Salesforce and Certinia to support business requirements. This role also includes owning financial management system configuration and integrations with marketing, accounting, sales engagement, and document management platforms while ensuring data integrity and optimizing workflows. The manager will partner with Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams to track KPIs, improve forecasting, provide training, and explore AI-driven automation opportunities to enhance sales and marketing efficiency.
In this role, you'll not only administer and support Salesforce but also be the key owner of Certinia (FinancialForce) configuration and operations. You'll ensure that our revenue, billing, and forecasting processes are accurate and scalable, and you'll have the opportunity to expand your expertise by working closely with Intacct and other critical integrations.
