Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations & Analytics Specialist to support our sales team with data-driven insights, performance reporting, and operational excellence. The role involves managing sales processes, analyzing performance metrics, and driving efficiency through automation, dashboards, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with sales leadership to analyze performance, pipeline, and revenue metrics.

Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs in Salesforce/CRM or BI tools.

Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and quota attainment tracking.

Support territory planning, incentive design, and sales productivity analysis.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in sales operations.

Work cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and business teams.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and execution.

Maintain data integrity, governance, and compliance across sales systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Revenue Operations.

Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Zoho).

Knowledge of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quota tracking.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

Experience in SaaS, IT services, or enterprise sales domains.

Familiarity with automation tools (Alteryx, Python scripting, RPA).

Exposure to revenue recognition and financial analytics.

Certifications: Salesforce Admin/Analyst, Power BI/Tableau Certified.

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure WFO environment.

Collaborative mindset with strong presentation skills.

Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
