Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Quotations & Documentation
Prepare customer quotations in Excel as per company formats
Revise quotes based on inputs from Sales Head / Proprietor
Maintain proper quote version control

2. Asana Task Management
Update project status in Asana (Enquiry ? Order ? Delivery ? Billing)
Ensure all tasks, dates, and notes are updated accurately
Coordinate internally with sales & operations team

3. Billing & Invoicing
Generate tax invoices in Vyapar
Update payment receipts & balance tracking
Maintain invoice records & basic billing reports

4. Data & Reporting
Maintain basic MIS in Excel
Organize customer, order, and billing data

Support management with operational data when required

Skills Required

Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Experience with Vyapar software (preferred)
Basic understanding of GST & invoicing
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to coordinate with internal teams

Experience

1-3 years in back office / sales support / operations role
Interior / construction / retail background preferred (not mandatory)

Salary Range (Lucknow Market - Practical)

?12,000 - ?18,000 per month
(Salary depends on Excel + Vyapar proficiency)
