:- Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai- Work Mode: Work from Office- Work Schedule: 6 days a week (7 days working on alternate weeks as per business needs)- Contract Duration: January to May 2026 (5 months)- Experience Required: 0.3 - 1 year- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners OnlyRole Overview:This role focuses on supporting the sales team through data management, reporting, and process coordination. An ideal candidate will be analytical, well-organised, and comfortable handling multiple stakeholders while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.Key Responsibilities:- Support the daily business operations of the sales team- Maintain and update sales data, trackers & dashboards- Coordinate with multiple departments like Finance, Ad Operations, Quality Team, Legal Team, etc. for daily operational activities- Handle client queries and manage communication with multiple clients to ensure smooth and effective functioning for ad assets to go live.- Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to generate reports and insights.- Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring all data is accurate and timely.- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for the team and leadership.Skills & Requirements- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, reporting, etc.)- Effective communication and coordination skills- Good attention to detail & follow-through (ref:updazz.com)
