About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Sales & Operations Manager
with a strong background in
IT, SaaS, or subscription-based business models
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure business efficiency and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
end-to-end sales cycles
for IT/SaaS solutions.
Drive
subscription sales and renewals
, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Build, train, and mentor the sales & support team.
Develop and execute
sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans

Manage
operations, client onboarding, and customer success processes

Collaborate with product and technical teams to align customer requirements.
Monitor KPIs, prepare sales/operations reports, and present insights to leadership.
Ensure high levels of
customer retention, satisfaction, and upselling

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in
Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
.
5-10 years
of experience in
Sales & Operations
within IT / SaaS / Subscription business.
Proven track record in
B2B SaaS sales, customer acquisition, and renewals
