About the Role



We are seeking an experienced

Sales & Operations Manager

with a strong background in

IT, SaaS, or subscription-based business models

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure business efficiency and customer success.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage

end-to-end sales cycles

for IT/SaaS solutions. Drive

subscription sales and renewals

, ensuring consistent revenue growth. Build, train, and mentor the sales & support team. Develop and execute

sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans

. Manage

operations, client onboarding, and customer success processes

. Collaborate with product and technical teams to align customer requirements. Monitor KPIs, prepare sales/operations reports, and present insights to leadership. Ensure high levels of

customer retention, satisfaction, and upselling

.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's/Master's in

Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

.

5-10 years

of experience in

Sales & Operations

within IT / SaaS / Subscription business. Proven track record in

B2B SaaS sales, customer acquisition, and renewals

. Strong understanding of

subscription models, SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, Churn, LTV, CAC)

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Hands-on with

CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

. Strong operations management skills with a process-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience in

health-tech, fintech, or SaaS product companies

. Prior experience in

team leadership and scaling operations

. Knowledge of

global SaaS markets and enterprise sales

.
