Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) between internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Collect, review, and validate detailed specifications for custom furniture orders to ensure completeness and feasibility.
Liaise with technical design, procurement, and production teams to coordinate timelines, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain organized records of client interactions, quotations, confirmed orders, and production milestones.
Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in
sales coordination or operations
, preferably in furniture or manufacturing industry.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
