? Troubleshoot daily issues related to CRM, lead flow, and data accessibility.
? Act as the technical bridge between the sales team and other departments (tech, product, CRM vendors).
Cost Optimization & Efficiency Planning
? Identify and implement strategies to reduce sales-related costs while improving effectiveness.
? Track ROI for existing tools/subscriptions used by the sales team.
? Recommend alternate platforms or solutions that are cost-effective and scalable.
Technology & Process Innovation
? Explore and implement new tools/technologies to improve lead management, calling systems, reporting, etc.
? Suggest automation opportunities for reports, reminders, and workflows.
? Stay updated with emerging EdTech trends and propose relevant tools to enhance sales execution.
CRM & Data Management
? Ensure real-time CRM hygiene, duplicate lead checks, and data alignment across teams.
? Provide backend support in CRM structure changes, dashboard building, and user rights management.
? Liaise with CRM providers when escalations or custom integrations are needed.
