Sales Operations Executive






Location: Bengaluru


We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Operations Executive to join our Sales team at Apna. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations, CRM management, and sales analytics, with a proven ability to optimize sales processes and support revenue teams.


This role requires a strong understanding of sales tools and reporting, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Sales leadership.

Responsibilities




CRM & Sales Tools Management: Own and optimize CRM systems (FreshSales, Salesforce, or any other similar tools etc.), ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and automation

Reporting & Analytics - Track key sales metrics, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights for leadership
Sales Team Support - Handle ad-hoc requests from the sales team, including product-sales tied processes and process troubleshooting.
Sales Process Optimization: Design, refine, and implement workflows to improve sales efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and IT teams to streamline sales operations and drive process improvements

Requirements



Experience in Sales Operations, CRM administration, or Sales Enablement Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, FreshSales or other CRM platforms Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel Strong project management & communication skills to work across teams * Not Mandatory - Experience in SQL, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
