  • Coordinate the continuous communication with the members of the sales team for achieving monthly product sale targets.
  • Keep in touch with the company's clients and understand their needs clearly.
  • Handles the inquiries from existing and new clients and provides details about the products offered by them over the phone or via e-mails.
  • Preparing Weekly and monthly sales reports and submitting the same to the senior level management.
  • Maintaining database of sales met, and also plan strategies for sale enhancement.
  • Development of a unique and efficient tracking system for keeping a tab on daily operations.
  • Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
  • Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement.
  • Developing a network of new clients by searching data from Internet, Head Hunting, social network sites (like, LinkedIn) and entry in CRM.
  • To prepare Quotations and Performa invoice for clients.
Sales Manager-
  • To coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services.
  • Visit 5 to 10 Customer places.
  • Assess marketing potential of existing and new markets, considering statistics and expenditures. Also keep on making business strategies.
  • Analysis and Monitoring competitor's customers.
  • Provide all information of sales business strategies and other related information to their sales team.
  • Also take care of Key Account Clients and OEM's and Dealers related to them.
  • Responsible for Customer Satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales.
  • To represent sales team in weekly meetings with Management.
  • Set targets for their sales team. Also convert the enquiries of sales team to orders at times.
  • Give training to their sales team on technical and other possible aspects.
  • Keep track of marketing trend related to new products & give feedback to Management.
  • Participate & indulge in activities related to exhibition from organizing to implementation.
  • Daily entry in CRM & daily reporting to Sales Head.
  • Take care of assets provided by company.
  • Prepare and provide Work Order Sheet to Director, Accounts officer and concerned Production Department.
  • Collect C form from customer places.
  • Review meetings.
