Job Description

Call and follow up with

potential leads

to promote

Demat & Trading account opening

.

Explain the

benefits, features, and process

of opening a Demat account. Guide prospects through the

end-to-end onboarding process

, including

KYC documentation, e-signing,

Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat queries regarding account opening. Work closely with the operations/KYC team to ensure

timely account activation

. Maintain accurate lead records and

daily call reports

using CRM tools or spreadsheets. Follow up with unconverted leads to improve

conversion rate

. Meet or exceed

daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

. Educate customers on

stock market basics, investing platforms, and trading tools

(basic level). Stay updated on the company's offerings, compliance changes, and competitors
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
