/ Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Develop and manage new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls & networking.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote and sell company's iron & steel products to clients in the construction and industrial sectors.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Understand customer requirements and offer the right product solutions.
Resolve customer concerns quickly to ensure satisfaction.
Market Development
Identify new clients and business prospects across Salem, Namakkal, Trichy & Mandya regions.
Expand the company's presence in new and potential markets.
Monitor competitor activities and share timely market insights.
Sales Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the Sales Manager.
Maintain proper client records and follow-ups for repeat business.
Promotional Activities
Participate in marketing campaigns, trade fairs, and product demos.
Present and explain products effectively to prospective customers.
