- Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities

-Must be decently fluent in English and Hindi and local language
