Sales Executive / Sales Officer
to strengthen our distributor network and boost B2B sales.
Job Responsibilities
Appoint and manage distributors in the assigned territory.
Support and monitor distributor performance to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in the market.
Track competitor activities and market trends, reporting to the
North Territory Manager
.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Ensure timely collection of distributor payments.
Conduct regular market visits to drive growth.
Requirements
3 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG, with experience in distributor management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel extensively in Kozhikode.
Knowledge of the local market is a plus.
Candidate with 2 wheeler preferred
Candidate with immediate joining preferred
