Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area-wise sales targets for rice products.
Manage distributor and dealer networks, ensuring product availability and timely replenishment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key B2B customers.
Lead and guide a field sales team with proper performance monitoring and reporting.
Drive market expansion and acquire new customers across assigned territories.
Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor insights and customer feedback.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product dispatch.
Prepare and present monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Ensure timely payment collection and maintain credit control as per company policy.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand presence.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of rice products and the rice trade market.
Excellent distributor and dealer management skills.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to lead, motivate, and track performance of a field sales team.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
