Sales Officer / Relationship Manager / Sr. RM
. The ideal candidate will have experience in secured loans and LAP (Loan Against Property) and be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, market research, references, and field activities.
Manage end-to-end sales for
Secured Loans
and
Loan Against Property (LAP)
products.
Meet potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable loan solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, approval, and disbursement.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally.
Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum
1+ year of experience
in Sales, preferably in
Secured Loans / LAP
.
Strong skills in
cold calling
, lead generation, and sales closure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand financial needs.
