Generating sales: Working with existing customers to generate sales and finding new customers to develop opportunities Setting and achieving goals: Meeting sales targets and goals for the assigned area Building relationships: Establishing, maintaining, and growing customer relationships Listening to customers: Understanding customer needs and presenting appropriately Organizing site visits: Organizing and accompanying customers on site visits Reporting: Reporting on sales activities to management Identifying prospects: Using cold calling, networking, and customer referrals to identify potential customers Analyzing sales: Analyzing sales metrics to determine the effectiveness of sales strategies Researching competitors: Researching competitor pricing and market success to understand customer preferences Participating in events: Participating in seminars, conferences, and events to expand the business network Keeping up with market changes: Staying up to date with local and national real estate market changes Developing networks: Developing networks and cooperating with lawyers, mortgage lenders, and inspection personnel
