1-3 years in Pharma Sales (Nutraceuticals, Derma, General Pharma, Skincare, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products to doctors, chemists, distributors, and hospitals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), distributors, and retail pharmacies.
Conduct product detailing, presentations, and follow-ups with doctors.
Ensure availability and visibility of products at all distribution points.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate sales reports, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback.
Assist in promotional activities, CME programs, and field marketing events.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer service.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Science / Pharmacy / Marketing preferred).
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales (experience with nutraceutical or dermatology brands is an added advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Knowledge of pharma sales cycles, doctor visit norms, and chemist/distributor management.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
