Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard distributors, wholesalers, and retailers for rice products

Develop and implement effective sales strategies in assigned areas

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Build strong relationships with trade partners and key accounts

Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility

Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely product delivery

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and updates for management

Ensure payment collections as per company policy

Expand distribution channel in west Bengal by appointment of new DB in tier 2 towns and enroll and align wholesale outlets in these markets with appointed DB.
