Key Responsibilities:
Source potential customers for home loan products through field visits, referrals, and leads.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable home loan solutions.
Explain loan products, terms, eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and procedures.
Assist customers in completing loan applications and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for credit checks, legal and technical verifications.
Follow up with clients and backend teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursal.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch performance.
Maintain healthy relationships with clients for future business opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience
in home loans, personal loans, banking, or NBFC sales.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of home loan processes and financial documentation.
Target-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Civil score should be 700

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in direct sales of financial products.
Knowledge of housing finance policies, local property markets, and regulatory requirements.
Fluency in local language(s) and English.
Salary:
1.68 to 3 LPA CTC
