Role

1. Execute sales strategies

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and prospect potential B2B and B2C customers

2. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets

3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

5. Negotiate contracts and close deals

6. Provide excellent customer service

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams

8. Monitor sales performance and prepare reports

9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

1. 2-5 years experience in B2B and retail sales in the FMCG sector

2. Experience in managing distributors and frontline retail sales

3. Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

4. Good knowledge of local market geography and retail dynamics

5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

6. Strong understanding of the company's products/services

7. Fluency in Telugu and Hindi

8. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
