Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Coimbatore territory.

? Expand market presence by identifying and onboarding new retail outlets, beauty

parlors, and specialty stores.

? Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and key retail partners.

2. Team Management (Beauty Advisors & Promoters)

? Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Beauty Advisors (BAs) and Promoters.

? Monitor daily attendance, grooming standards, and sales performance of the field

team.

? Conduct regular product training sessions to ensure the team is well-versed in USPs

and application techniques.

3. Visual Merchandising & Marketing

? Ensure high-standard brand visibility and placement at all points of sale.

? Coordinate promotional events, in-store activations, and product launches within the

region.

? Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the regional management team.

4. Operations & Reporting

? Manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment at the counter/store level.

? Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using CRM or manual tracking.

? Handle customer feedback and ensure a high level of consumer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2-5 years in Sales (FMCG/Cosmetics/Personal Care preferred).

Proficiency in Tamil and English is essential.

Team leadership, negotiation, and excellent communication.

Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel across Coimbatore &

outskirts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
