Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets through effective territory planning and market development activities.
Develop, manage, and expand the dealer, distributor, and retailer network to ensure product availability, order execution, and timely collections.
Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends within the assigned area.
Conduct farmer meetings, demonstrations, and field visits to promote products and provide basic technical and agronomic support.
Execute promotional activities, product launches, and marketing programs in coordination with the marketing team.
Maintain daily field visit records, sales reports, and market feedback, and ensure compliance with company policies and schemes
