Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Agent assists clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, requiring strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

Key Responsibilities



Client Interaction

: Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and providing guidance throughout the buying or selling process.

Market Knowledge

: Maintain a deep understanding of the local real estate market, including property values, market trends, and neighborhood information.

Property Listings

: Prepare and present property listings, including conducting property showings and open houses to potential buyers.

Negotiation

: Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.

Marketing

: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties, utilizing various channels such as online listings, social media, and open houses.

Transaction Management

: Facilitate the entire transaction process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.

Qualifications



Education

: A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Licensing

: A valid real estate license is mandatory, in accordance with state regulations.

Experience

: Previous experience in sales or real estate is advantageous but not always required.

Skills Required



Communication

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and other stakeholders.

Negotiation

: Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients and secure favorable terms.

Organizational Skills

: Ability to manage multiple listings and transactions simultaneously, with attention to detail.

Technical Proficiency

: Familiarity with real estate software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Pay: Up to ₹375,000.00 per year
