Actively promote and sell QR-based payment solutions to merchants in the assigned territory. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Conduct product demonstrations and educate merchants on the benefits of using QR payment systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing merchants to ensure customer satisfaction. Gather market feedback and insights to enhance product offerings and sales strategies. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the team leader.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in field sales, especially in the fintech or payment solutions industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive market. Familiarity with QR code technology and digital payment solutions is an advantage. * Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.
