Job Title : Sales Officer

Job Location : Erode

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: Min 5 to 7 Years

Compensation range : CTC in Lakhs 3.5 to 5.0 Lakhs

Relevant Industry : Iron & Steel or Construction field

/ Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis. Promote and sell the company's products or services to customers.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

3. Market Development

Identify and approach new clients in target markets. Assist in expanding the company's reach in untapped areas. Conduct market research and report on competitor activities.

4. Sales Reporting

Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to the Sales Manager. Maintain up-to-date customer records using CRM or manual tracking tools.

5. Promotional Activities

Participate in marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and trade shows. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
