Job Description

We're looking for a sales-focused professional to drive sales growth for our air compressor products. As a Sales Officer, you'll identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate new leads and pursue sales opportunities in assigned territories.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.

3. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to business growth.

4. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

5. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience (industrial products or equipment). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹19,500.00 - ₹30,500.00 per month
