Main Responsibilities:
Find new customers for gold loans by doing:
Field visits
Cold calls
Referrals
Visit at least
10 new customers every day
and record all visits
Meet your
daily and monthly sales targets
(number of customers and loan value)
Generate leads from:
Open market
Branch walk-ins
Branch team referrals
Convert leads into actual gold loan applications
Help new customers with smooth onboarding and required documents
Clearly explain loan terms, interest rates, and renewal process
Keep a daily log of your work (DSR - Daily Sales Report)
Maintain a personal diary for appointments and follow-ups
Stay updated on market trends and give suggestions to improve the sales process
Do outdoor marketing activities regularly to find new customers
Ensure the loan applications are of good quality
About the Role:
As a Sales Officer - Gold Loan, you'll be a
field sales executive
. Your job is to
bring in new gold loan customers
from the open market and also
convert leads provided by the branch
. You'll need to meet people face-to-face, promote gold loan products, and help them complete the process smoothly.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
