Job Role & Responsibilities:



Sales & Lead Generation:

Source new Gold Loan customers from open market via marketing, cold calls & referrals. Daily field work to generate leads and meet new customers. Meet at least 10 new customers daily and update DSR (Daily Sales Report).

Customer Handling:

Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, renewals, and other details clearly. Ensure smooth onboarding of customers in coordination with the branch team. Maintain punctuality and regular customer follow-ups.

Branch Coordination:

Work closely with the branch staff. Follow up on leads provided by the branch and ensure conversion.

Target Achievement:

Meet assigned monthly targets in terms of number of customers and loan value. Focus on sourcing high-quality customers.

Reporting & Documentation:

Record all leads in the lead management system. Maintain a personal diary and daily reports. Suggest improvements in products/processes based on market trends.

Marketing Activities:

Conduct daily field marketing to generate fresh leads. Identify high-potential areas for new business.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
