Main Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:
Generate leads through fieldwork, cold calls, references, and market visits.
Do daily marketing in the local area to find new customers.
Meet at least 10 new potential customers every day.
Record all meetings in the Daily Sales Report (DSR).
Customer Acquisition & Service:
Bring in new Gold Loan customers (New-to-Bank).
Follow up on leads from branches and convert them to customers.
Ensure smooth onboarding of customers by coordinating with branch staff.
Educate customers about loan terms, interest payments, renewals, etc.
Target Achievement:
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets (both number of customers and loan value).
Focus on bringing in quality loan customers with good repayment capacity.
Reporting & Coordination:
Log all leads in the lead management system daily.
Keep your calendar updated and attend all customer appointments on time.
Work closely with the branch team for better conversion and service.
Market Understanding:
Study your area and identify potential customers.
Suggest improvements in sales processes if needed.
