Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets through effective territory planning and market development activities.
Develop, manage, and expand the dealer, distributor, and retailer network, ensuring timely order booking and product availability.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support proper credit and collection management as per company norms.
Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends within the assigned territory.
Conduct farmer meetings, product demonstrations, and regular field visits to promote products and provide basic technical support.
Execute promotional activities, product launches, and marketing programs, and maintain accurate sales and field visit reports in compliance with company policies
