Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned outlets and distributors.
Ensure primary (distributor billing) and secondary (retail off-take) sales are on track.
Implement company's trade schemes, promotions, and offers effectively.
2. Channel Management (SupplyCo / Thriveni / CPC)
Manage SupplyCo depots, Thriveni stores, and CPC outlets for product supply, billing, and replenishment.
Coordinate with institutional buyers for order placements, dispatch schedules, and stock updates.
Ensure timely documentation and compliance for institutional supply processes.
3. Distributor & Retail Coordination
Maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure smooth operations and adequate stock levels.
Monitor distributor claims, outstanding dues, and stock hygiene.
Support distributors in achieving their secondary sales targets.
4. Merchandising & Visibility
Ensure product visibility and planogram compliance at all key outlets.
Conduct regular market visits to check product display, price compliance, and competitor activity.
Execute branding and display initiatives as per marketing plans.
5. Collection & Credit Management
Ensure timely collection of payments from SupplyCo, Thriveni, and CPC outlets as per credit policy.
Follow up on outstanding dues and reconcile accounts with the finance team.
6. Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new product introductions.
Gather feedback from trade and customers to support product improvement and innovation.
