Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and consumer preferences.
Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and in-store promotions.
Ensure visibility of products through merchandising and POS materials.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports.
Track collections and ensure timely payment from clients
