About the Role:

We are hiring a driven and experienced Sales Officer to take on a team leadership role in Solapur. This position involves leading a field sales team, driving business targets, and ensuring strong market presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of Sales Officers Drive sales of insurance and financial products through direct field activities Monitor team performance and provide regular training and support Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met Maintain strong customer and client relationships to generate consistent business

Candidate Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (preferably BFSI) Proven team handling skills and leadership experience Excellent communication and sales planning abilities Willingness to work in the field and meet performance targets
