to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding distribution, and building strong customer relationships to achieve business growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
Execute sales and promotional strategies to increase brand presence.
Identify and onboard new customers to expand the distribution network.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide feedback for strategy development.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
Submit regular sales reports and market insights to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of FMCG sales experience (Freshers with strong motivation may also apply).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with sales apps/CRM tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
