Role & Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
Visit markets regularly to generate new sales.
Build and maintain good relationships with retailers and distributors.
Promote products and check competitor activities.
Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
Requirements
Graduate in any stream (12th pass with good experience can also apply).
4 to 5 years
of experience in FMCG field sales (Tea, washing powder & spices experience preferred).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Must have a
two-wheeler and valid driving license
.
Ready for field work and target-based role.
