Kosher is seeking a Sales Officer - Retail Trade to join their team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG retail trade, with experience building and managing sales in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Key Responsibilities

Enlist supermarkets and hypermarkets in Hyderabad to stock and promote our products, increasing visibility and sales.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams
- Implement innovative marketing and sales strategies
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Improved sales and revenue growth.
- Enhancing brand presence in the Hyderabad market.
- Appoint stockists and negotiate trade agreements
- Execute sales promotion programs in coordination with retailers
- Collaborate with sales and marketing support teams for retail outlet enlistment, sales analytics, and business development
Desired Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate with 4+ years of experience in FMCG retail trade
- Strong understanding of FMCG retail markets in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and local language
- Ability to work in a competitive environment and willingness to learn.
