Sales Recruiter
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring talented sales professionals, managing the full recruitment cycle, and supporting the growth of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for sales positions.
Use job portals, social media, and referrals to find potential candidates.
Make 20-30 outbound calls daily to explain job roles and hiring process.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with the sales team.
Select candidates based on performance, communication skills, and targets.
Maintain daily and weekly recruitment reports.
Guide candidates according to company requirements and culture.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & Basic English).
Strong confidence in handling phone conversations.
Basic understanding of sales roles and recruitment processes.
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
Minimum: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Experience in Sales or Recruitment will be an added advantage.
