Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven

Sales Officers

to manage and grow our

channel sales network

across the

North region

. This role requires experience in retail management, market expansion, and field sales in the

cosmetics or FMCG sector

.

Key Responsibilities:

Appoint and manage distributors, retailers, and salon partners in assigned territory Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and growth KPIs Ensure product availability, merchandising, and visibility at the retail level Monitor secondary & tertiary sales; maintain stock levels Collect market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM data

Candidate Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in

channel/distribution sales

(FMCG, cosmetics, grooming preferred) Strong understanding of retail sales and distributor networks Excellent communication, negotiation, and market mapping skills Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region Self-motivated and result-oriented
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
