Lead Management: Convert inbound leads into site visits through effective tele-calling and follow-up strategies.
Sales Presentations: Conduct professional site tours, explaining project USP (Unique Selling Propositions), floor plans, amenities, and pricing structures.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local market trends, competitor pricing, and new infrastructure developments.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and channel partners (brokers).
Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections effectively and negotiate terms to close sales in alignment with company targets.
Documentation Support: Assist clients through the booking process, including application forms and initial payment collection.
Reporting: Maintain an organized CRM database and provide daily/weekly reports on lead status and sales milestones.
