Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow our real estate business and help us achieve targeted objectives. The BDM will actively seek out new business opportunities and manage client relations for residential, commercial, or mixed use projects from inception to closing.



Primary Responsibilities:



Create strategies to develop new business that results in an established pipeline of new revenue.

Prepare and execute plans to achieve sales goals and increase defined sales attracting new customers.

Develop and nurture lucrative long-term relationships with key clients, brokers, and investors.

Participate in company's project marketing in real estate exhibitions, networking events, or property shows.

Gather market data for analysis to obtain valuable business information about trends, customer activities, and competitors.

Show available properties to prospective buyers/renters and guide them during the buying/rental process.

Work together with the marketing department and direct them in the development of sales campaigns and promotional items.

Deal with clients and close business deals while ensuring client satisfaction and legal requirements.

Maintain records of sales and evaluate their effectiveness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?11,440.25 - ?41,541.95 per month
