Key Responsibilities



Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales partners to achieve business targets. Drive field sales activities and generate new business opportunities in Rajkot. Support partners with guidance, training, and mentoring to improve performance. Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth. Monitor team performance and ensure consistent achievement of branch goals.

Candidate Profile



Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of field sales experience with team-handling exposure. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ambitious, self-driven, and target-oriented. Local candidates from Rajkot or nearby areas preferred.
