Currently, ROL Agri has over 500 employees and is expanding its product range to include seeds and fertilizers.

Role Description

Generate sales of agri-input products (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, etc.) Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks Plan and execute promotional activities in rural markets Conduct farmer meetings, product demonstrations, and field visits Achieve monthly sales and collection targets Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the team Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and farmers
Qualifications

Must belong from Amethi/Raebarelli (mandatory) B.Sc. in Agriculture (mandatory) Must have worked in Raebareli & Amethi with proper market knowledge (mandatory) Minimum2-3 years of field sales experience in agri-inputs Strong understanding of rural/agriculture markets Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory
